Carrier Lane Search

Setup

First Set your Carrier Lane Status by going to SETTINGS>> CONFIGURATIONS OPTIONS.  Click Save. Now once a load is saved to this status it will automatically be used to calculate your Carrier Lane list.  
 

Go the Carrier Information profile page under the CARRIER Tab. Select the Carrier you want to modify.  Scroll down to the bottom of the screen where you will see the Carrier Equipment  Section.   Select and equipment type from the drop down list.  When you are done, click Save. Note you can: 
  1. Add additional equipment types by selecting Add New Row 
  2. Assign a default equipment type by selecting the check box under the Default column.
  3. Remove a carrier type by clicking on the Remove button 
To Add Equipment Types to the drop down list, go to the CARRIERS >>> EQUIPMENT and click Add New.



Using Carrier Search
In the Load Screen, scroll down to the Carrier section and click on the Carrier Search tab. Note: The Carrier Search Tab only shows when a carrier has not been assigned to a load.  

 
You will see a list of carriers based on recorded data in your TMS.  To email this load to selected carriers, select the carriers by clicking the check mark next to their name, and click Email Carriers.
