Delivered status vs Completed

Q: What is the difference between completing and delivering a load in the system?
A: DELIVERED just means the cargo was delivered to its final destination. COMPLETED means that all other operational tasks that happen after a load is delivered are done. Basically nobody really touches the load after its been put in COMPLETED status.
For example we have POD, INVOICE and PAID statuses that come after the DELIVERED status and before the COMPLETED status. Typically after a load is delivered you have to make sure you get the POD, then INVOICE the load and some of our users also like to mark when a load is PAID.
