Create Multi-Lane Customer Quote

To create a customer quote for multiple lanes on a single quote follow these steps.

1) Create new commodity called LANE and enter an optional description with lane place holder and amounts as shown below. Note the highlighted place holder XX and 999 for the lanes and miles. 


2)  Create a new load with a Status of Quote and  zero amounts for miles and flat rate as shown below. 


3)  Enter in the lanes as shown below. Notice we updated the XX and 999 place holders with actual lane information and miles. We also added more description for added clarity.
Inside the green boxes below we put the Miles as the Qty and the RPM as the "Cust. Rate" so it would calculate out. However this is optional and you could just enter the quote amount in the "Cust. Rate". 


4) Click the Quote button to view the PDF quote. It should show the 3 lanes and the amounts for each as shown below.
