How to Create a Multi-Stop Load
Load Manager supports loads with multiple pickup and delivery stops. Here is how to build one from the start.
Steps
- On the Load Screen, scroll down to the Stop 1 section. Stop 1 is your first pickup location — minimize the Delivery section for this stop.
- Enter the pickup location information. If you have a carrier for this load, you can enter that information now as well.
- Scroll to the bottom of the load and click Add Stop.
- Stop 2 options will appear. Choose whether Stop 2 is another pickup or your first delivery.
- If it is a pickup, minimize the Delivery section.
- If it is a delivery, minimize the Pickup section.
- A second Carrier section will appear for Stop 2. This only needs to be filled in if the carrier for Stop 2 is different from the carrier on Stop 1. If the carrier is the same, leave it blank.
- Repeat steps 3 through 5 for any additional stops.
- Click Save. The system will calculate miles across all stops automatically.
Note: Stops appear on the rate confirmation and other documents in the order they are entered. Confirm the sequence is correct before sending any documents.
