How do I delete customers?
To delete customers from Load Manager log in to your Load Manager TMS and navigate to the Customer Tab.
- Select the customers you wish to delete.
- Or Select All by click on the the first check box
- Next click on the
button. A text box will appear asking you to confirm your decision. Press OK
You will receive confirmation that your customers entries have been deleted. If a customer entry cannot be deleted because it is assigned to current or past loads a notice will also appear.
Tip: Customers who are assigned to loads cannot be deleted because it would cause an error in your records. Instead you may wish to change their status from Active to Inactive so they no longer be assigned new loads.
