How much does it cost to integrate with Project 44, aka P44?

Integrating Project 44 with your customer's account requires an intial setup plus onging training and support. The setup cost is $150 for your first customer and $75 for each customer thereafter.  The monthly cost $50 for the first customer and $25 per month for each customer thereafter.  This covers all services related to Project 44 reporting and compliance.
How does this work?
Once the integration is done, we setup a scheduler that will push out location information at regular intervals as per Project 44's requirements, typically this is every 15 minutes. However we can only push out location information if you have GPS tracking setup for the driver. This is acheived using our mobile app. If there is no GPS data then we will not be able to send out the location update to Project 44. The customer service at Project 44 monitors the percentage of loads that they receive location updates for, and if they are being sent regularly. If they find the percentage is well below 100% they will reach out to you to find out how this can be improved. To rule out any issue with Load Manager you have access to a Project 44 log which tells you exactly when location updates are sent and not sent and why. Usually location updates are not sent because the driver is not using the mobile app or has turned off the location services on their phone.  
Project 44 will then comunicate with your customer and provide them with location updates for the loads you are hauling for them. Larger customers use Project 44 because it gives them one resource to track the location of all their loads regardless of who is hauling it.  
How do I get started?
First you have to get the username and password for the Project 44 location updates. This is normally provided by your customer. Send that information to support@loadmanager.com. We will set it up and test it to make sure everything is connecting successfully.  Then we setup the scheduler and run it to make sure everything kicks off ok. At the same time we will provide you with support to start using the mobile app. Additional fees for real-time load tracking will apply (check out website for more details). Lastly we will provide you with step by step instructions on how to check on the Project 44 location updates so you can troubleshoot any low percentages updates reported by the Project 44 team.
