Project44 integration pricing depends on the setup needed for your account, the customer or shipper requirements, and the tracking workflow being used. Contact Load Manager support or sales for the current setup and monthly fees before starting a new Project44 integration.
Before you start: Project44 must be enabled for your account. Applies to Freight Broker and Dispatch Service accounts.
Project44 is commonly used when a shipper or customer requires regular location updates for the loads you are hauling or managing. After setup, Load Manager can send location update information on a scheduled basis when the required tracking data is available.
Project44 setup may include configuration, testing, scheduler setup, training, support, and customer-specific requirements. Because those details can vary, Load Manager should confirm the current pricing for your account before work begins.
Load Manager can only send location updates when location data is available. If the driver is not using the required mobile tracking tool, or if location services are turned off, Load Manager may not have location data to send to Project44.
Project44 may monitor whether location updates are being received regularly. If update percentages are low, the cause is often missing GPS data, inactive mobile tracking, or location services being disabled on the driver's phone.
Load Manager can provide visibility into Project44 update activity so you can see when updates were sent and why an update may not have been sent. This helps separate Load Manager setup issues from missing GPS data or driver tracking issues.
