How to Add a Delivery Location or Pickup to a Current Load

You can add additional pickup or delivery stops to an existing load at any time before it is finalized.

Steps

  1. Open the load you want to modify.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the load and click Add Stop.
  3. A new stop entry will appear. Choose whether this stop is a Pickup or a Delivery location.
    • If it is a pickup, minimize the Delivery section for that stop.
    • If it is a delivery, minimize the Pickup section for that stop.
  4. Enter the address and any relevant information for the new stop.
  5. A second Carrier section will appear for the new stop. This section only needs to be filled in if the carrier for this stop is different from the carrier on the first stop. If the carrier is the same, leave it blank.
  6. Repeat steps 2 through 5 for each additional stop.
  7. Click Save.

Note: Stop order matters. Stops appear on the rate confirmation and other documents in the order they are entered. Confirm the sequence is correct before sending any documents.
