How to Bulk Delete Loads
With Load Manager TMS you can bulk delete loads. Remember deleting a load will make it be gone forever. You will never be able to retrieve it again, so be careful when deleting loads. We always suggest using the status "Cancelled" for load that you may wish to view later or maintain for your records.
Here is how you bulk delete a load.
Log in your Load Manager TMS.
Under All Loads tab go to the submenu Delete Loads
This pop up will appear. Click OK.
Next select the load status of the loads you want to delete as either Spot or Cancelled and click Delete Loads
Confirm your selection.
The system will take a moment to delete your loads, it will let you know when it is finished and give you a list of the loads deleted.
Please Note:
- All Load in the Status selected will be deleted
- Remember once a Load is deleted, it is unretrievable (even by the Load Manager Support Team) so please use this feature carefully
- Only certain roles have the ability to delete loads, if you do not see this option, contact your admin for updated permissions.
- To delete Load in a different Status then Cancelled or Spot, please first change the status of these loads to Canceled or Spot.
- To do this go to your All Loads tab and select the Loads whose status you want to modify. (see below screenshot for example.
- Use the bulk edit feature to change the loads to Spot or Cancelled
- Now they are ready for deletion
