How to Dispatch using the Mobile App



Load Manager App is a new Load Manager product that can integrate with your Load Manager TMS or other TMS system for a  seemless GPS and Mobile Dispatch experience for your drivers, dispatchers, and customers.  Pay per load dispatch, no subscription required.

Dispatch a Load to your Driver

Click on the video below to see a demostration. 
1) Go to the "My Loads" or "All Loads" or "Dispatch Board" and click on the Load you want to dispatch to your driver.
2) Confirm you have entered in the Pickup Date, Pickup and Delivery locations and Driver cell phone number.
3) Click on the button that say "Mobile Dispatch" Or "Mobile Rate Con".
4) Choose "Mobile App" and confirm your Text message to the driver's mobile number. Then click "Send".

Settings and Options

1) Go to "Settings and choose "Configuration Options" to view your "Mobile Dispatch Settings" as shown below.



2) To view your mobile app options for your load status go to "Settings" and choose "Load Status" to view your choices.

Subscription and App Requirements

While not strictly required, Load Manager Mobile App works best with Text Dispatch, which is used to send out a notice to your driver that they has been assigned a load. When using the Load Manager mobile app, your driver will then also receive an automatic text message with a convenient link to download the app from either the Apple or Google Play store.

Please note that the Mobile App does require the driver to download the Load Manager Mobile App to their phone and consent to GPS tracking.   

No "sign up" needed. Load Manager does not charge any monthly fee for its Mobile App. Therefore, there is no need to sign up to use it. Instead, we charge a simple flat fee per load dispatched as described in the popup notice in your TMS system that is displayed the first time you send out a mobile dispatch.
