How to Use My Carrier Packets in Load Manager
Load Manager integrates with My Carrier Packets to streamline carrier onboarding. Once connected, you can initiate and review carrier onboarding directly from within Load Manager.
Note: My Carrier Packets integration is an optional add-on feature. Contact Load Manager Support to confirm it is active on your account before beginning setup.
Connect My Carrier Packets
- Go to Settings >> Configuration Options.
- Locate the My Carrier Packets section.
- Enter your My Carrier Packets username and password.
- Check the activation box.
- Click Save.
Onboard a Carrier Using My Carrier Packets
The path depends on how your account is set up:
If you are a freight broker assigning carriers to your loads:
- Go to Carriers >> Add New.
- Enter the carrier's DOT, MC, or name and click Continue.
- The carrier's information page will load. Click Save.
- Click Onboard Carrier to open the carrier's My Carrier Packets link.
If you are a dispatcher managing loads on behalf of carriers:
- Go to Customers >> Add New.
- Enter the carrier's DOT, MC, or name and click Continue.
- The information page will load. Click Save.
- Click Onboard Carrier to open the carrier's My Carrier Packets link.
Once a carrier has completed onboarding, the Onboard Carrier button will change to display the My Carrier Packets logo. Click that button at any time to review the carrier's current My Carrier Packets profile.
