Show the Carrier or Driver Column on My Loads and All Loads

Before You Use This Article

Use this setting when you want the carrier or driver name to appear as a column on the My Loads or All Loads screen without having to search for a specific carrier first.

What This Setting Does

The Customize My Loads Options section controls which columns appear on the load list. When Carrier/Driver is selected, the carrier or driver name appears directly on the load list with the other load columns.

The order of the selected items controls where the columns appear. Items higher in the selected list appear closer to the left side of the load list. Items lower in the selected list appear farther to the right.

Turn On the Carrier/Driver Column

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Open Configuration Options.
  3. Scroll to Customize My Loads Options.
  4. Select or highlight Carrier/Driver.
  5. Move it higher or lower depending on where you want it to appear on the load list.
  6. Save the configuration.
  7. Return to My Loads or All Loads and refresh the screen.

Choosing the Column Position

If Carrier/Driver is near the top of the selected column list, it appears closer to the left side of the My Loads and All Loads tables. If it is lower in the selected column list, it appears farther to the right.

If You Do Not See the Column

  • Refresh the load list: After saving Configuration Options, reload My Loads or All Loads.
  • Check the selected column list: Confirm Carrier/Driver is highlighted or selected in Customize My Loads Options.
  • Check the column order: If the column is selected but not visible, it may be farther to the right. Move it higher in the list to place it closer to the left.
  • Check permissions: If you cannot access Configuration Options, ask an administrator to update the setting.
