Settings >> Company Info & Logo

Use the Company Info page to enter your company details and upload your logo. Your logo will appear at the top of your Load Manager platform and on documents such as invoices, rate confirmations, and onboarding emails.

Steps

  1. Log in to Load Manager.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Click Company Info in the submenu.
  4. Fill in your company name and basic information.
  5. Click Save.

Upload Your Company Logo

  1. On the Company Info page, go to the Company Logo section.
  2. Click Choose File and select your logo image.
  3. Click Save.

Logo recommendations:

  • File type: PNG preferred
  • Shape: Square or near-square for best results
  • Minimum size: 300px on the shortest side

Your logo will appear at the top of the Load Manager platform and on generated documents including invoices, rate confirmations, and dispatch reports.
