Load Manager displays the company code and username for your current session at the top of the page. This is the easiest way to confirm which account and user login you are currently using.

Where to Find It

1. Log in to Load Manager.
2. Open any main Load Manager page.
3. Look near the top of the page, above the main toolbar.
4. Find the Code/User label.

The value is shown in this format:

Code/User: companycode/username

• The value before the slash is your company code.
• The value after the slash is your username.

Screen cue: Look near the top of Load Manager for Code/User: companycode/username. The value before the slash is the company code, and the value after the slash is the username.

When You May Need This Information

Support may ask for your company code and username when helping with login issues, permission questions, account setup, or troubleshooting. Providing the Code/User value helps support confirm the exact account and login being used.
