Dispatching to Carriers? 
Go to CARRIERS >> CARRIER INFORMATION page and click on the ONBOARD CARRIER button located at the top of your screen

Dispatching for Carriers? 
GO to CUSTOMERS>> CUSTOMER INFORMATION page and click on the ONBOARD CARRIER button located at the top of the screen
