[Audience: All TMS Types]
The All Loads screen gives you a company-wide view of loads in Load Manager. Use it when you need to find a load, review team activity, check load status, or open a load record that may not be assigned directly to you.
Open the All Loads tab from the main navigation.
Each row represents one load. Depending on your company setup and user permissions, the list can include details such as:
The columns on this screen are controlled by your Load Manager configuration and user permissions. If your screen does not show a column you expect, ask an administrator to review your company settings and user rights.
You can click available column headings, such as Load #, Status, Customer, Ship, Delivery, Customer Amount, Carrier/Driver, or Carrier Amount, to sort the list.
Use the search field at the top of the list to find matching loads. The search placeholder and help icon show which fields are included for your company setup.
Common search fields can include load number, status, customer, PO number, BOL number, carrier, driver, truck, trailer, shipper, consignee, city, state, dispatcher, sales rep, and ship date.
Use Pin Search when you want Load Manager to remember the search text for your session. This is helpful when you frequently return to the same customer, carrier, status, or reference number while working through loads.
Clear the search or turn off Pin Search when you want to return to the full list.
Use Filter by Status to limit the load list by the load status types assigned to your user profile. This helps you focus on the statuses that matter to your daily workflow.
If expected statuses do not appear, ask an administrator to review the load status setup and your user profile permissions.
Use Filter Loads for the last ___ Days to limit the list to recent loads. Load Manager defaults the day value to 30 when no other value has been saved.
Load Manager remembers this days filter in the browser, so it may still be applied the next time you return to the screen from the same browser.
If your company uses offices and your user has access to the office filter, you may see a Show dropdown. Use it to view loads for all offices or for a specific office.
If you do not see this dropdown, your company may not use office filtering or your user may not have that option enabled.
Advanced Search is available from the Loads submenu. Use it when the standard All Loads search is not specific enough.
Advanced Search can search by more detailed criteria, including pickup or delivery location, date ranges, customer, carrier, customer PO, BOL, dispatcher, agent, equipment, internal reference, and other load fields.
Click a load row to open the full load screen. From the load screen, you can review details, update the status, add notes, manage pickup and delivery stops, generate documents, and make other edits based on your permissions.
If you need to create a new load, use Add New from the All Loads screen or Add Load from the Loads submenu.
When the list includes selectable load checkboxes, you may be able to select multiple loads for bulk actions. Available options depend on your company setup, user permissions, and the selected loads.
Bulk options can include:
The All Loads screen is primarily used for finding and opening loads. If you need spreadsheet data, use the reporting export workflow instead of trying to export directly from the list.
Go to Reports and choose the appropriate export or sales report option for the data you need.
