How to Assign Carrier Drivers a specific Truck, Trailer or Equipment

Load Manager now has the feature where you can assign trucks, trailers, or other equipment to carrier drivers.  
Go to the Carrier Tab and click on the Carrier you wish to add a driver. truck, trailer or other equipment too. 
Scroll down to to the Carrier Equipments section. 
  1. Add New Row - Click on this button to add more equipment rows to add as many drivers, trucks, trailers, and equipment as needed.
  2. Truck - Use this row to enter in trucks, vans or any stand equipment you want to listed.  Type in a new truck or select from a drop down list of already entered equipment.
NEW TRUCK - When you start typing in the truck not already in the equipment list, this notice will appear: 
Click OK. 
Create an Equipment Code, Name, and Type in the popup form that appears for the new truck or equipment.  Equipment Code and names are completely up to you.  (Suggestion includes Van #2 ,or Jamie's Cab., or 456 Tractor, etc)   Once completed click Save.  

  1. Trailer - Here you can assign a trailer to match with the truck in the same row.  To add a new trailer you will need to go to click on the Equipment submenu for now, quick add will be available.
  2. Driver - use this column to assign a driver to a the specific truck (and trailer) in the row.  Choose from the drop down menu for drivers already entered in the carrier's Contacts tab or type in a new driver. 
New DriverWhen you start typing in the driver not already in the contact tab, this notice will appear:
 Click OK. 
Enter in the driver name in the pop up that appears. Press Save. 

Make you are done make sure to click Save or Save and Exit on top of the Carrier Information Page.
