Before You Use This Article

The Reports menu gives your team access to sales, accounting, settlement, export, dashboard, and commission reporting. The exact report tabs a user sees can depend on user permissions, company settings, and enabled integrations.

Screen cue: when exporting report data, review the selected date range, grouping, and export criteria before downloading files.

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Open Aging.
  3. Choose the date range and report criteria.
  4. Click Export.
  5. Load Manager sets Group By to Customer for the export and downloads the Excel workbook. If the export includes more than one customer, the download may be packaged as a ZIP file containing separate customer files.

The workbook includes aging columns such as Current, Over 30, Over 60, Over 90, and Over 120.

Why a Report May Be Missing

A report tab may be hidden if the user's role does not include the required permission, if pricing information is hidden for the user, or if the related feature is not enabled for the company.

For example, QuickBooks Export appears only when QuickBooks integration is enabled and the user has QuickBooks access. Export depends on export permissions. Some reports may also be hidden for users with restricted sales-report access.

Dashboard Visibility

The Dashboard, Sales, and Sales Detail reports can be restricted for certain roles. If a user only sees assigned load activity, review that user's role permissions and linked profiles.

Best Practices

  • Review user roles before assuming a report is missing for everyone.
  • Use the Dashboard for a quick snapshot and the detail reports when you need line-level review.
  • Confirm date filters and history settings before comparing report totals.
  • Use export reports carefully, especially when sending data outside Load Manager.
