Reports Overview: Available Report Tabs

Before You Use This Article

The Reports menu gives your team access to sales, accounting, settlement, export, dashboard, and commission reporting. The exact report tabs a user sees can depend on user permissions, company settings, and enabled integrations.

Open Reports

  1. Log in to Load Manager.
  2. Click Reports in the top navigation.
  3. Select the report tab you want to review.

Common Report Tabs

Report Tab Use It For
Sales Review sales totals and performance.
Sales Detail Review more detailed sales activity.
Dashboard Review a visual summary of business performance and load activity.
Aging Review aging balances and receivables-related information.
Export Export report or load data when the user has export permission.
1099 Review annual carrier payment totals for 1099 reporting.
Driver Settlement Report Review driver settlement information.
QuickBooks Export Export accounting information to QuickBooks when QuickBooks integration is enabled.
Carrier Feedback Review carrier feedback information when available for your company setup.
Invoices Review invoice reporting information.
Commission Review commission information when the commission report is enabled.
Carrier Quote Review carrier quote reporting when available for your company type and permissions.

Why a Report May Be Missing

A report tab may be hidden if the user's role does not include the required permission, if pricing information is hidden for the user, or if the related feature is not enabled for the company.

For example, QuickBooks Export appears only when QuickBooks integration is enabled and the user has QuickBooks access. Export depends on export permissions. Some reports may also be hidden for users with restricted sales-report access.

Dashboard Visibility

The Dashboard, Sales, and Sales Detail reports can be restricted for certain roles. If a user only sees assigned load activity, review that user's role permissions and linked profiles.

Best Practices

  • Review user roles before assuming a report is missing for everyone.
  • Use the Dashboard for a quick snapshot and the detail reports when you need line-level review.
  • Confirm date filters and history settings before comparing report totals.
  • Use export reports carefully, especially when sending data outside Load Manager.
