Choose the path that matches how your company uses Load Manager. If your company does more than one of these, use more than one path.

Premium and Enabled Features

Do not choose a path only because your account has Premium. Start with your company type first. Carrier Lookout, Onboard Carrier, and Text Dispatch are included with Premium where applicable, and otherwise appear only when they are enabled for your account.

If Your Company Does More Than One Thing

Use the path for the workflow you are doing right now. For example, use the freight broker path when brokering a load to an outside carrier, and use the carrier/trucking path when dispatching your own driver or equipment.
