Use this path if your company brokers freight to outside carriers.
If your company runs its own trucks too, use the carrier/trucking path for driver, equipment, and driver settlement workflows.
How to Use This Start Here Path
- Your path: Freight Brokers.
- If your company does more than one thing: Use more than one path. For example, a broker that also runs trucks should use the freight broker path for brokered loads and the carrier/trucking path for driver and equipment workflows.

Premium and enabled features: Carrier Lookout, Onboard Carrier, and Text Dispatch are included when your freight broker account has Premium. If your account is not Premium, use those articles only when the feature is enabled for your account.
