Use this path if your company dispatches loads for carrier customers or independent owner-operators.
If you also broker freight under your own authority, use the freight broker path for outside-carrier paperwork and broker workflows.
If your company does more than one thing, use more than one path. For example, a broker that also runs trucks uses the freight broker path for brokered loads and the carrier/trucking path for driver and equipment workflows.
Premium and enabled features: Carrier Lookout, Onboard Carrier, and Text Dispatch can support dispatch-service workflows when they are included with Premium or enabled for your account.
