Drivers can use the Locate My Freight mobile app to upload load documents, proof of delivery files, BOL photos, and other load-related images from their phone.

Requirements: the load must be sent to the driver using the Mobile App dispatch option; the driver must install and open the Locate My Freight app and allow camera or photo library access when prompted; and the driver needs a stable cellular or internet connection to submit the upload.

Upload a Document (driver)

1. Open the Locate My Freight app and open the assigned load.
2. Open the document, attachment, POD, or upload option shown for the load.
3. Choose whether to take a new photo or select an existing file or image from the phone.
4. Review the selected image or file, then tap the upload or submit option.
5. Wait for the app to confirm that the document was sent.

For a clear upload, use good lighting, make sure all corners of the document are visible, hold the phone still, and use one upload per document when possible.

Confirm the Upload in Load Manager

1. In Load Manager, open the load and review the attachment or document area.
2. Confirm the uploaded file is attached to the correct load.
3. If the file is missing, ask the driver to retry after confirming phone permissions and data connection.

Troubleshooting

• The upload button is missing: Confirm the load was sent through the Mobile App workflow and the driver is opening the assigned load in Locate My Freight.
• The app cannot open the camera or select a photo: Ask the driver to allow camera and photo or file access for Locate My Freight in the phone settings.
• The upload does not finish: Ask the driver to retry with a stronger data connection.
• The wrong load was opened: Confirm the load number in the app before the driver uploads the document.
