Log In to Load Manager TMS

Use this article when you need to sign in to Load Manager TMS from the Load Manager website or from the link provided in your welcome email.

Before You Start

You need three pieces of login information:

  • Company Code: The code for your Load Manager account.
  • Username: Your Load Manager user login.
  • Password: Your Load Manager login password.

Your welcome email normally includes the login link, company code, username, and first password. If you do not have that information, use the recovery options on the login screen or contact an administrator at your company.

Open the Login Page

  1. Go to loadmanager.com, or open the login link from your welcome email.
  2. Select the person icon in the upper-right corner of the Load Manager website.
  3. Choose Login to TMS Software.

Enter Your Login Information

  1. Enter your Company Code.
  2. Enter your Username.
  3. Enter your Password.
  4. Select Login.

Complete Captcha When Prompted

If this is your first time logging in on a computer, or if the computer is shared, Load Manager may ask you to complete a captcha. Follow the prompt, then continue signing in.

If you are using your own secure computer, you can select Remember Me to reduce future captcha prompts on that computer.

If You Forgot Login Information

Use the recovery links on the login screen if you forgot your company code, username, or password.

  • Select Forgot your Company Code? if you do not know your company code.
  • Select Forgot your Username? if you do not know your username.
  • Select Forgot your Password? if your password is not working.

Troubleshooting

  • The login page says your password is incorrect: Try the password recovery link or ask an administrator to update your user profile.
  • You do not know your company code: Use the company code recovery link on the login screen.
  • You cannot receive the recovery email: Ask an administrator to confirm the email address on your user profile.
  • You can log in but cannot see a screen you need: Ask an administrator to review your user permissions.
  • Your browser shows a connection or privacy warning: Stop and review the connection-warning article before entering your login information.
