The My Loads screen gives you a focused list of loads connected to your signed-in user profile. Use it when you want to work from your own assigned loads instead of the full company-wide load list.
Screen cue: open My Loads and use search, status, recent-load, office, and sort controls to narrow the list.
| Screen | Use It When | What It Shows |
|---|---|---|
| My Loads | You want to focus on loads assigned to your user profile. | A filtered load list scoped to the signed-in user. |
| All Loads | You need to search or review the broader company workload. | The company load list, limited by your permissions and filters. |
If a load you expect does not appear, check your search, filters, status selections, recent-days filter, and assignment details.
Use the search field to find a load by common load details. The searchable fields depend on your company setup, but may include load number, status, customer, PO number, BOL number, carrier or driver, pickup or delivery details, dispatcher, sales rep, and ship date.
Select Pin Search when you want Load Manager to remember the search text while you keep working. This is helpful when you repeatedly return to the same customer, carrier or driver, status, PO number, or load reference.
Clear the search field or turn off Pin Search when you want to return to your normal My Loads list.
Filter by Status lets you narrow My Loads by the load statuses available to your user profile. Status options and names may differ by company because load statuses can be customized.
If expected statuses do not appear, ask an administrator to review your user profile and load status setup.
Use Filter Loads for the last ___ Days to limit My Loads to recent activity. Load Manager remembers this value in the browser, so the same filter may still be applied the next time you return from that browser.
If your company uses offices and your user role has access to the office filter, you may see a Show dropdown. Use it to view loads for all offices or for a specific office.
If you do not see this option, your company may not use office filtering or your user may not have access to that filter.
My Loads supports sorting from the load list. Depending on your company's layout setting, you may be able to sort by clicking column headings or by using the Sort By controls above the table.
Common sort fields can include load status, load number, order date, pickup date, delivery date, customer, customer PO number, dispatcher, and sales rep.
The columns on My Loads and All Loads are controlled by company configuration and user permissions. This is not changed from a personal layout button on the My Loads screen.
Depending on setup, the load list may show columns such as:
For freight broker and dispatch service accounts, the assignment column may refer to the Carrier. For carrier or trucking company accounts, the same area may refer to the Driver.
If a column is missing, ask an administrator to review Settings > Configuration Options and your user role permissions.
Click a load row to open the full Load Screen. From there, you can review details, update the status, enter notes, manage stops, generate documents, and perform other actions based on your permissions.

Use Add New or Add Load when you need to create a new load.
