Reset Your TMS Software Login Credentials
Before You Use This Article
- Access needed: Load Manager login information for your company, such as company code, username, and password.
- Use this article when: you need to sign in, find the correct company code, or help someone get into Load Manager.
- Use a different article when: you are already signed in and need to set up users, company details, dispatch workflows, or accounting; use the article for that exact setup task or start with Freight Brokers, Carriers, Owner-Operators, and Trucking Companies, or Dispatch Services.
Use this article when you cannot sign in to Load Manager because you forgot your company code, username, or password. The recovery options are available from the Load Manager login screen.
Before you start: Load Manager login information for your company, such as company code, username, and password.
Open the Load Manager Login Screen
- Go to loadmanager.com.
- Select the person icon in the upper-right corner.
- Choose Login to TMS Software.
- On the login screen, choose the recovery option you need.

Recover Your Company Code
Use this option if you know your company name and the email address connected to your Load Manager user profile, but you do not know the company code.
- From the Load Manager login screen, select Forgot your company code?
- Enter your Company Name.
- Enter Your Name as it appears on your Load Manager user profile.
- Enter the email address connected to your user profile.
- Select Submit.
If the information matches your Load Manager user profile, Load Manager sends a recovery email to the email address on file.

Recover Your Username
Use this option if you know your company code and profile email address, but you do not know your username.
- From the Load Manager login screen, select Forgot your username?
- Enter your Company Code.
- Enter Your Name as it appears on your Load Manager user profile.
- Enter the email address connected to your user profile.
- Select Submit.
If the information matches your Load Manager user profile, Load Manager sends a recovery email to the email address on file.

Reset Your Password
Use this option if you know your company code, username, or profile email address, but you cannot sign in with your password.
- From the Load Manager login screen, select Forgot your password?
- Enter the requested login information, such as company code, username, or email address.
- Select Submit.
- Check the email address connected to your Load Manager user profile for the recovery email.
- Return to the login screen and sign in using the recovered or updated password information.

Tips for a Successful Recovery
- Enter your name the same way it appears on your Load Manager user profile.
- Use the email address connected to your Load Manager user profile.
- Check your spam or junk folder if the recovery email does not arrive within a few minutes.
- Ask an administrator at your company to review your user profile if the recovery form cannot find a match.
- Do not send passwords by email when asking for help.
When to Contact Support
If you still cannot recover your login information, contact Load Manager Support.
Include your company name, company code if you know it, username if you know it, and a short description of what happened. Do not include your password.
