What to Do If You Forgot Your Company Code
Before You Use This Article
- Access needed: Load Manager login information for your company, such as company code, username, and password.
- Best starting path: Start from Freight Brokers, Carriers, Owner-Operators, and Trucking Companies, or Dispatch Services based on your company type.
- If this is not your setup: If this is not your company type, choose Freight Brokers, Carriers, Owner-Operators, and Trucking Companies, or Dispatch Services.
Use this article when you are trying to log in to Load Manager but do not remember your company code. Your company code identifies which Load Manager account you are signing in to.
Recover Your Company Code from the Login Screen
- Go to loadmanager.com.
- Select the person icon in the upper-right corner.
- Choose Login to TMS Software.
- On the Load Manager login screen, select Forgot your company code?
- Enter your Company Name.
- Enter Your Name as it appears on your Load Manager user profile.
- Enter the email address connected to your user profile.
- Select Submit.
If the information matches your Load Manager user profile, Load Manager sends a recovery email to the email address on file.
If You Are Already Logged In
If you can still access Load Manager, you can find your company code at the top of the page.
- Open any main Load Manager page.
- Look near the top of the page for Code/User.
- The value before the slash is your company code.
- The value after the slash is your username.
Example format: Code/User: companycode/username
Tips
- Enter your name exactly as it appears on your Load Manager user profile.
- Use the email address connected to your Load Manager login.
- Check your spam or junk folder if the recovery email does not arrive within a few minutes.
- Ask an administrator at your company to check your user profile if the recovery form cannot find a match.

Contact Load Manager Support if you cannot recover your company code or you no longer have access to the email address on your user profile.
