Signing in with Go Daddy and Outlook 365
Load Manager TMS connect with your email to provide you the ability to send rate confirmations, onboarding invites, invoices, and other documents directly from Load Manager. To do this you will need to connect your email with Load Manager by entering your SMTP credentials.

Should I use SMTP with MFA or SMTP without MFA?
MFA stands for Mult-Factor Authentication. This is where, beside your password, you tylically are asked to provide a second identifier for logging in with unknown devices. This provides an extra level or security for your email.
For the purposes of connecting with Load Manager TMS, you can use which ever settings you already have for your email.
So if you have to enter a code beside your emial to login you probably have MFA, if you just need to enter your password you may not have MFA setup. If you do not have MFA setup toggle to the SMTP without MFA option in the help article by GoDaddy.
2) Please login to your Load Manager TMS and choose Users from the main menu, click on the user name you want to add the email to. Below is where you will put your email information to connect your OutLook/GoDaddy email with Load Manager TMS. Please note the SMTP Password is where you will put your APP PASSWORD or EMAIL PASSWORD.
