In Go Daddy
2) Select Manage next to the user.
3) Scroll down to Account information and select Advance Settings:
4) Turn on the SMTP Authentication Toggle:
5) Select Continue to confirm authentication is turned on for the user
In OutLook
SMTP settings and Two Factor Authentication need to be turned on before completing the steps below.
How to create a two factor authentication:
- Sign in to Outlook on the web with the credential for the email account you are working with. Enter a phone number for your authentication method, and then select Next. Tip: if the phone number is shown, select the option to choose a different method. Select the phone number from the options displayed on the dropdown list.
2. You will receive at code to your phone. Enter code and press Next.
3. You will be asked to provide a second authentication method. If email is not shown, select the option to choose a different method. Select the email option from the options displayed on the dropdown list. Enter an email for your authentication method then select Next
4. Your screen will look like then when complete. Select Done.
5. Sign Out. then Sign back in to the email account. Enter the verification code sent to your phone to prove you're authorized to access your email account. Then go to Additional security verification page,
click on Add Sign-In Method 6. Select
App Password from the drop down list.
7) Enter in the Description as "Load Manager". Click Next. An app password will be generated. Click the copy icon circled in red below to copy the app password.
8. In Load Manager TMS. Go to the User tab and open the user profile with the email address you are working with. Paste the app password you copied into the field called "SMTP password".
