This tutorial guides you through configuring the Load Update Email settings in Load Manager.

Login to your TMS 

You will learn how to access the relevant settings and update your company preferences to enable or disable these emails.

Open Settings Menu

Click the Settings menu.

Click on Load Status

Click Load Status to view and modify load-related notification settings.
Access Load Status Section

View your options for each loads status

Enter Company Name

Choose Statuses 

Choose which Load Statuses to received the automated email updates

Choose Recipients

Click on the type of contact who should receive your automatic emails.  For example click on Company your company email to received automatic updates.

Save Configuration Changes

Click Save to apply your changes and update the Load Update Email settings.
