Why Are My Load Miles Not Calculating Automatically?
Load Manager calculates miles automatically using the pickup and delivery addresses entered on the load. If miles are not calculating, follow these steps.
Step 1 — Refresh the Miles Field
- On the Load Screen, locate the Miles field.
- Click the Refresh button next to the miles field.
This resolves the issue in most cases.
Step 2 — Verify Your Addresses
If miles are still not calculating after refreshing:
- Confirm all pickup and delivery addresses are complete and correctly formatted. Remove any extra text or non-standard characters from the address fields.
- Click the Map icon next to each address to confirm the system can locate it. If the map does not display the correct location, the address may need to be reformatted. Using Google Maps to verify the standard format of an address can help.
- Once addresses are confirmed, click Save.
- Click the Refresh button next to the miles field again.
If miles are still not calculating correctly after completing these steps, contact Load Manager Support and include the load number where the issue is occurring.
