What to do if you Forget your Password


  1. Go to your Load Manager login page.
  1. To open the login page to loadmanager.com. Click the person icon in the top-right corner and choose “Login to TMS Software.”

  1. From the Load Manager login screen, click “Forgot your password?”
  1. Enter your company code, username, or your email address. When typing your username, make sure it matches the username listed in your User Profile inside your Load Manager TMS.

  1. When you are finished, click Submit. If the information you entered matches what is listed in your TMS system, an email will be sent to the email address in your User Profile with your password.
